Your helpdesk user account is created automatically from your main account after you have purchased a product.

Your username is the first 30 characters of your email address used at purchase time.

Your password for the Helpdesk is the password that was emailed to you when you purchased a product. This password will stay the same regardless of what you change your password to in other areas of our site.
